I'm really surprised this place is so poorly rated. The staff was friendly and quite helpful since it was our first time here, maybe because it was quite slow that evening. There is plenty of seating inside, and they have more seating out fro t that is covered. We ended up ordering the ugly bowl. The bowl consists of rice, fried chicken with sweet chili jalapeño sauce, coleslaw, fries, their house sauce, and comeback sauce. The bowl was quite hefty when we picked it up and was very filling. We couldn't even finish it. The flavor was really good, not too spicy, but had plenty of kick to it. The chicken was fried perfectly and was not dry at all. This place deserves a second chance, in my opinion.

I had a hankering for mouth burning chicken and finally decided to check out Burnin' Mouth. I ordered the spicy chicken strips a la cart. The spices and heat level are perfect, and paired with the comeback sauce it's even better! I do have some complaints that make this less than five stars. Mainly the menu. I don't really want fries with fried chicken, its too much fry, fried(?) fryiness. You know what I mean. But they don't have just an entree option. And a la cart is too much fried chicken, and way more expensive. Overall, prices are just too high, though you get a lot of food. Service is a bit lackluster as others have pointed out as well. But the chicken and sauce are worth coming back for.

Wanted to have a quick snack before watching the movie at the Irvine Spectrum theater. Checked this place and thought we could try it. Just ordered the 3 piece chicken with fries combo. The service is OK, the guy serving at this place neither greeted us nor seem to be welcoming. May be it is the end of the day and he is tired. The ambiance is very cool, lots of cool murals in the shop. The Irvine spectrum mall itself looks like a very cool place (first time visit for me), lots of shops around. Coming back to the restaurant, the food is really good. We ordered the medium spicy chicken and it had right amount of spiciness. The fries were also fresh and the quantity is easily good enough or more than enough for one person. Havent tried their sandwiches, next time will try it. I will definitely try again when I am around this place.

One of the best Nashville chicken sandwiches I've had. I've tried dave's hot chicken and the size of this one definitely tops it. You basically get a whole chicken tender and a sandwich from how much the chicken is sticking out of the bun. Fries are amazing and very well seasoned. THE PICKLES are the best part. These are some quality pickles. The sauce is amazing. I wish they had homemade ranch as you have to pay extra for some pre packaged ranch. They have order kiosks in the front in case there is a line. Food is fast although they did forget our sauces that we paid extra for but they were nice about getting it for us after. I love the booths on the inside and then there is a small patio with nice seating. It can be a little pricey if you add a drink and everything but I would say it's worth it. Will definitely be back over here!
